Standard Delivery (Non Fan Shop Products)

We ship via UPS, and are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands addresses.

  • All order placed before 11am Pacific Time Monday-Friday will ship the next business day.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship by Tuesday.
  • For Fan Shop orders (orders with Collegiate/Professional Sports embroidery) add 5-7 business days to your delivery time.
  • Expedited shipping is not available for orders with Fan Shop items (orders with Collegiate/Professional Sports embroidery).
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the U.S.
  • Cutter & Buck only ships with in the Continental United States, and shipping to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands is not available.

Returns

At Cutter & Buck, we’re proud of the products we sell and the level of customer service we provide. If you have a question or concern regarding an item that was purchased on this website, please contact us at help@cutterbuck.com or by calling 1-800-713-7810.

You may return unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise that was purchased at CutterBuck.com within 60 days of the date of purchase. Merchandise must include all tags and be in its original, saleable condition.

Merchandise returned in saleable condition within 60 days of purchase will be credited at the original purchase price. Gift returns are eligible for credit in the form of a Cutter & Buck store credit, in the amount of the original purchase priceOriginal shipping charges will not be refunded.

Goods returned after 60 days or in unsaleable condition will be refunded as a cutterbuck.com store credit in the amount of the current selling price or the original purchase price, whichever is lower.

Damaged/Defective Goods

We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace items that were delivered to you in damaged or defective condition within 60 days of the date of purchase. Fan Shop and Customized Goods

We embroider Fan Shop items on demand -- that means we need a little time to make sure it's done right. Please allow five to seven extra business days for your order. We promise it will be worth the wait.
