Most packages are delivered within 3-10 business days to all U.S. addresses. We ship via UPS, and are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.
- All order placed before 11am Pacific Time Monday-Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship by Tuesday.
- For Team Shop orders (orders with Collegiate/Professional Sports embroidery) add 5-7 business days to your delivery time.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the U.S.

You may return unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise that was purchased at CutterBuck.com within 30 days of the date of purchase. Fan shop items (items with a team logo) are excluded. Merchandise must include all tags and be in its original, saleable condition.

We enclose a return shipping label with each order if you’d prefer to have the $8.95 return shipping costs deducted from your refund. Merchandise returned in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase will be credited at the purchased price. Gift returns are eligible for credit in the form of a Cutter & Buck store credit, in the amount for which the returned item is currently sold. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges. Goods returned after 30 days or in unsaleable condition will be subject to a processing fee of $5 per item and credited at the current selling price.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace items that were delivered to you in damaged or defective condition within 60 days of the date of purchase.
