1. Neck

Measure at the center of your neck (over the larynx), keeping the tape slightly loose.

2. Sleeve

With your arm bent slightly, measure from the center (back) of your neck along your shoulder, then over your elbow to your wrist bone.

3. Chest/Bust

Measure at the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

4. Waist

Measure at the smallest part of your waist. This is usually below the rib cage and above the hip bone.

5. Hip

Measure at the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

6. Inseam

Measure a similar style pant that fits you well by laying flat, and measuring inside leg seam from crotch to hem. Or measure the inside of your leg from crotch to ankle.

How to Measure Your Body For Size

Neck

Measure around your neck at the point where the shirt collar band encircles the neck.

Chest

Place the tape measure up under arms and measure the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape parallel to the floor.

Waist

Tape measure should be straight around waist where pant waistband normally sits.

Sleeve

With elbow bent, measure from the center of the back at the base of the neck, across the shoulder to the elbow and then down the waist.

Half zip

I wear this almost all year, except in hot summer. I wear a tank top under it and wear with joggers for every day …or if cold out ,wear long sleeve light T-shirt under it. I have all the colors it comes in, a great basic for travel too.

Good for all year round climate

I wear this as a light weight jacket during spring and summer months. I wear this as a layering over the Annika long sleeve solar guard in the winter time. Easy to wash and dry, keeps its shape and color.

Fantastic Stretchy Lightweight Layering Piece

I bought one of these at a college bookstore last fall, and it has become my favorite layering piece for golf. The fabric is soft and silky, with plenty of stretch. The zipper is long enough to pull on and off over a billed cap, and the design is super flattering. I just received the Liberty Navy and it's a nice dark navy. These are good for a mid-layer in the winter and a perfect top layer for our cool summer mornings here on the West Coast. I'm 5' 6" 120 lbs, and the XS fits me just right. It's fitted, but not overly tight, with the sleeves the exact right length (they bother me when I'm golfing if they're too long), and super comfortable. My first one is white and has been through the wash hundreds of times and still looks new. I think definitely worth the money, and I'll be back for another color!
